Living Healthily Means three things:
* Eating healthy unprocessed foods -relying on fruit and veg and lean unprocessed fish and meat products for meals and snacks
* Limiting alcohol - drinking no more than 2 servings a day and no more than 5 during any 7 day period (a serving is a Pint, glass, tumbler, shot, champagne flute or wine glass)
* Exercising Regularly - getting 3 sessions of vigorous exercise per week. Vigorous means breaking a sweat during any exhausting physical activity done for 45 continuous minutes or more.
