The fortieth year anniversary of Populorum Progressio has passed. I believe time has come to mark the fortieth anniversary of Humanae Vitae with a new promise to LiveChastely.

We are marking the fortieth anniversary year - Humanae Vitae turned forty last July and does not turn forty one until 25 July 2009.
By my logic LiveChastely should end then. In fact, this promise is set to end on that date automatically.
